Womb-raiding childhood friend ‘cut mother-to-be’s throat on her wedding day so she couldn’t scream before cutting …

A Bronx woman is accused of methodically cutting her childhood friend’s throat on her wedding day so she couldn’t scream before cutting her entire uterus out to steal her baby girl before dumping the deflated organ on the bathroom floor.

Angelikque Sutton, 22, was nearly nine months pregnant and on her way to the courthouse to marry Patrick Bradley when she stopped by the Bronx home of her friend, Ashleigh Wade in 2015.

But Wade, who unsuspectingly lured Sutton to the apartment by promising her a gift, had other plans for Sutton, prosecutors said during the opening statements of her first-degree murder trial on Monday.

Wade allegedly cut Sutton’s throat, preventing her to scream before cutting her baby girl from her womb.

‘This was an attack that took place in stages,’ Assistant Bronx DA Meredith Holtzman told the jury during Wade’s trial.

– Put aside the alleged murder of his mother and the rest of March 20, 2017, was pretty mundane for Josh Carmona, according to new court documents.

Detectives say Josh Carmona used a baseball bat and a butcher knife to kill his own mother, Tara D’Angelo on her 39th birthday. He then went on with his chores – picking up his half sister at daycare and driving her to a friend’s house, according to the documents.

Hillsborough sheriff’s investigators say he called his girlfriend and a friend and told them he had killed someone and was going on the run,

Modesto mother who stabbed 13-year-old autistic son must remain in prison, for now – Merced Sun

A Modesto mother convicted of stabbing her 13-year-old autistic son in September 2010 must remain in prison at least another year, or possibly another three years.

Anitra Hankins, 42, was found unsuitable for parole at a hearing last week in Chowchilla, the Stanislaus County District Attorney’s Office announced this week.

Deputy District Attorney John R. Mayne appeared at the May 2 hearing, asking the parole board to keep Hankins in prison. The prosecutor argued that the defendant lacks appreciation for her actions, and she lacks candor in sessions with a state psychologist.

In September 2015, Hankins pleaded guilty to attempted murder for stabbing her son, Miles. As part of a plea deal to avoid trial, Hankins was sentenced to seven years to life in prison. At the time the deal was reached, she had already served more than four years of that sentence while in custody at the Stanislaus County

Suspect in slayings of Columbia mother and daughter waives extradition

The California man accused of killing a Columbia mother and her 3-year-old daughter in 2011 has waived extradition and will return to South Carolina, according to officials.

Kenneth Canzater Jr., 33, of Perris, Calif., will be charged with the murders of Candra Alston, 25, and her daughter Malaysia Boykin, officials have said. Canzater was arrested in Corona, Calif., last month and is jailed in Riverside, Calif.

Canzater has waived his right to an extradition hearing, according to Columbia Police Department spokesperson Jennifer Timmons. That means he will not fight extradition and will return to South Carolina sooner rather than later.

A representative for the U.S. Marshals Service would not comment on when Canzater may return to South Carolina.

Alston and Malaysia were found dead in Alston’s home at Brook Pines Apartments off Broad River Road on Jan. 9, 2011, in what Chief Skip Holbrook
